Lava XOLO X900 gets a price cut, now available for Rs 17,500


Lava drops XOLO X900 price to Rs 17,500 as Motorola RAZRi may come to India in coming days

Lava XOLO X900, which was launched in partnership with Intel has received a price cut. Running on Intel Medfield Atom processor the device was launched at a price point of Rs 22,000 earlier this year. With the new price cut in place, Lava XOLO X900 is now available for Rs 17,500.

The handset features a power packed 1.6GHz Intel Atom with Hyper Threading technology, an 8-mega pixel shooter with 1080p HD recorder, a 4.03-inch (1024x600) TFT LCD capacitive touch display, 1GB of RAM , NFC, 3G, Wi-Fi and Android v2.3(Gingerbread ).

To lure mobile enthusiast, company is giving a free Jabra Bluetooth headset worth Rs1499 free with the current promotional scheme.

Intel made a grand entry into mobile space with its Medfield processor. The chip maker recently unveiled its global partnership with Motorola. With the launch of Motorola RAZRi, it quickly tagged as Intel’s first 2-GHz Medfield smartphone.

The news of Lava slashing the price of its flagship handset further adds to the possible launch of Motorola RAZRi in India.
